I selected the Swiffer Wet Jet. I selected this product because of how widely advertised it is to the public. My mother owns a Swiffer, as well as my grandmother, and most of the people who have used it, in my experience, have preferred the Swiffer over the traditional mop and bucket method. Swiffer puts a huge emphasis on convenience and utility. Eliminating the need to pack a bucket around also makes cleaning more efficient for those with disabilities and other ailments that prevent them from using their full utility. Those three things are the main focus of the Swiffer brand.     Swiffer also has been marketing to people with pets; almost every one of their Instagram posts had either the mention of a dog, the image of the muddy paws, or the dog was in the commercial as well. It seems that they are pushing their product to people with pets due to the number of messes a dog living inside can cause.      Netflix's new hit show "Wednesday" has been sweeping the nation, whether its children dressing up like their favorite pale-skinned, sociopathic teenager, Wednesday Adam's the protagonist, or just the general chatter around Jenna Ortega and the explosion she has seen in her fame since the show's release. There is a good chance you have heard of the show and that may have been far more purposeful than you think. In the article "Inside Netflix's viral "Wednesday" marketing strategy" on Ad Age written by Parker Herren, he delves into the numbers and tries to explain "Wednesday" and the show's booming success.       One of the first points mentioned in the article is the fact that "Wednesday" is a spinoff of an American classic known as "The Adam's Family." My First Post

 Hello everyone, my name is Evan Kollman. I am from Eastern Oregon I enrolled in this course because I am interested in the marketing aspect of business but also because it is a requirement for my degree. I am a business administration major. The aspect of marketing that I want to learn about the most is the psychological aspect of marketing. One thing I enjoy outside of college is working in the agricultural field, as a grain elevator operator in the summer.
